Andrew and I stumbled across them this holiday season when we were trying to find an innovative and sustainable way to send our friends and clients a happy seasons greetings and reward them for their commitment to the environment.  Having them plant a tree on us seemed like a great way to celebrate the season!

The Dundarave Festival of Lights is a neighbourhood fundraising event that combines good music, candy-cane cupcakes and elf impostors. With the support of the Dundarave Business Association, all the money raised was donated to the Lookout Emergency Aid Society - a non-profit that supplies shelter and services to the homeless population on the North Shore.
